What’s up? Beloved Food Karma Projects is back with the 2019 Brisket King  Some of the best chefs, vendors and restaurants  from the New York region, Canada and the UK will go head-to-head in this giant cook-off.

Why you should go. A true meat-lover’s  dream. With dozens of chefs, vendors, aficionados, cider-makers and master distillers participating in the ultimate spring celebration. Among the chefs cooking off, there are dozens of boozy options to make this an unforgettable foodie occasion.
